  • 1⁄2 kg. chicken thigh fillet, cut into cubes
  • 2 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp light soy sauce
  • 1 pc egg, beaten
  • 1 cup cornstarch
  • Oil, as needed
  • 2 tbsp canola oil
  • 1 tbsp onion, minced
  • 2 tsp garlic, minced
  • 1 1 - inch pc. ginger, minced
  • 3 tbsp Bango Kecap Manis
  • 1 pack Knorr Complete Recipe Mix Sweet & Sour (diluted in 1 1⁄2 cups of water)
  • 1 cup broccoli, cut into florets, blanched spring onions and toasted garlic, for garnish
