  • 1 Begin by getting your pan nice and hot over medium high heat. Pour some oil and throw in the onion and garlic and just sauté until toasted. Gently add the carrots and tinapa flakes in and give this a minute to cook.
  • 2 Pour in the Knorr Liquid Seasoning and mix this well.
  • 3 Now, place a spoonful of the mixture in the lumpia wrapper, roll into a log and seal with a flour-water mixture or beaten egg.
