  • 4 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 pc Medium sized onion, minced
  • 1/2 kg Chicken Leg Quarter, cut into serving pieces
  • 1 pc Medium sized potato, cut into cubes
  • 1 pc Medium sized carrot, cut into cubes
  • 1 tbsp Curry powder
  • 1 (29g) pack Knorr Ginataang Gulay Mix dissolved in 1 cup water
  • 1 can Evaporated milk (150 mL)
  • 1 cup Red and green bell pepper, seeds removed and sliced
  • Ground black pepper to taste
