Chicken Pork Adobo Recipe

  • 2 tbsps vegetable oil
  • 3 tbsps garlic, crushed
  • 4 pcs onions, minced
  • 1 1/2 cups chicken cut into serving pcs
  • 1 1/2 cups pork ribs, cut into servings
  • 3 tbsps soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Knorr Liquid Seasoning
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 1/2 tbsps vinegar
  • 1 pc laurel leaf
  • 5 tsps brown sugar
  • 1 tsp whole black pepper

Let's Get Cooking

  • 1 Get a pan and make it nice and hot over medium heat. Pour some oil and saute garlic and onions.
  • 2 Add pork ribs and chicken and cook until color turns to white and there are no more blood.
  • 3 Pour soy sauce and Knorr Liquid Seasoning, water, vinegar, bay leaves, sugar and pepper.
  • 4 Bring to boil and simmer for 10 minutes. Turn off the flame.
  • 5 Drain the meat and fry in a separate pan.
  • 6 Bring back the fried meat in sauce, reheat and simmer. Serve on rice and enjoy Chicken Pork Adobo. You'll definitely eat more than usual.
