  • 3 tbsps cooking oil
  • 1 pc onion, chopped
  • 1/2 kilo chicken breast fillet, cut into cubes
  • 1 (20g) pack Knorr Sinigang sa Sampalok Mix to taste
  • Lady's Choice Black Pepper
  • 8 pcs pita bread
  • 6 pcs. tomatoes, sliced
  • 3 pcs cucumber, sliced
  • 1/2 bar cheese grated

Let's Get Cooking

  • 1 Begin by getting your pan nice and hot over medium heat. Pour some oil and saute onions and chicken breast in until the chicken is light brown in color.
  • 2 Season with Knorr Sinigang sa Sampalok Mix and pepper. Set aside.
  • 3 To assemble the pita pockets, heat pita bread and make a slit sideways to open the pocket. Place 2-3 tablespoons of chicken mixture, tomatoes, cucumber, and cheese.
  • 4 Serve with Lady's Choice Real Mayonnaise and enjoy a healthy snack or baon anytime of the week.
