  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 pc. onion, chopped
  • 4 cloves garlic, chopped
  • ¼ cup red and green bell peppers
  • ½ kg ground pork (diced)
  • Knorr Liquid Seasoning to taste
  • freshly ground black pepper
  • hot sauce (optional)

Let's Get Cooking

  • 1 Saute onion, garlic and bell peppers in oil. Add ground pork and saute until cooked. Season with Knorr Liquid Seasoning, hot sauce, and pepper. Set this aside.
  • 2 In pre-heated oil, deep fry sotanghon noodles until crisp. Remove form pot and place in paper towels at once.
  • 3 Combine mayonnaise, oyster sauce, and sesame oil and set this aside.
  • 4 Lay lettuce cups on chopping board. Fill each cup with the pork mixture and crispy noodles. Top each cup with the mayo mixture, sesame seeds, and cilantro.
