  • 2 tsp. garlic
  • 1 (35g) pack Knorr Complete Recipe Mix Adobo
  • 1 ½ cups water
  • 2 bunches kangkong leaves and stems
  • roughly chopped
  • 200 g. kesong puti, diced
  • As needed, lumpia wrapper or phyllo wrapper
  • As needed, flour mixed with water
  • As needed, oil for deep-frying

  • 1 Begin by getting your pan nice and hot over medium heat. Pour oil and saute garlic. Add the Knorr Complete Recipe Mix Adobo dissolved in water.
  • 2 Bring this to a boil then simmer until sauce is thick (syrupy in consistency). Add kangkong leaves and stems next.
  • 3 Simmer until vegetable is cooked. Cut lumpia wrappers into 3 equal strips.
  • 4 Place a spoonful of adobong kangkong and few pieces of kesong puti on one strip and wrap this through folding into a triangle and sealing the edges with the flour and water mixture. Do the same with the rest and deep-fry to a crisp.
  • 5 With your favourite condiment, Adobong Kangkong is spot on delicious!
