  • 1 Get a pan and make it nice and hot over high heat. Pour some oil and fry the fish until brown and crisp. Set this aside.
  • 2 In the same pan, saute the garlic then add the Knorr Complete Recipe Mix Adobo dissolved in water.
  • 3 Bring the sauce to boil and add the fish back. Let the sauce simmer until thick and fish is cooked. Serve hot with toasted garlic and rice. See if this dish will not make you crave for more, it's that good!
