  • 1 First, prepare your leftover adobo using Knorr Complete Recipe Mix Adobo.
  • 2 Drain and reserve the sauce then remove the meat from the bones and shred it using your fork.
  • 3 Get a pan and make it nice and hot over medium heat. Pour some oil and saute garlic then add the shredded meat. Add the reserved sauce and let simmer for a minute. Add cooked rice and continuously mix it for a minute. Serve on a platter topped with toasted garlic and that's it!
  • 4 Adobo Rice will always remind you of home. It just brings comfort and the memory of mom's cooking.
