  • For the adobo filling:
  • 1 cup lean beef or pork, cooked and shredded
  • 1 (35g) pack Knorr Complete Recipe Mix Adobo, dissolved in 1 cup water
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 1- 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • black pepper, to taste
  • For the burger:
  • 2 burger buns, toasted
  • 4 lettuce leaves, trimmed 2 tomatoes, sliced prepare adobo filling
  • 1⁄2 pc. white onion, sliced
