  • 1 In a bowl, combine Knorr Liquid Seasoning, soy sauce, tomato sauce, brown sugar, calamansi juice, and canola oil. Mix well.
  • 2 Marinate chicken in the mixture overnight. Drain chicken. Reserve marinade. Cook chicken in a pan, covered over low heat, for 10 minutes.
  • 3 Over medium heat, simmer the reserved marinade until thick.
  • 4 Add ground black pepper to pre-cooked chicken. Grill chicken over hot coals and occasionally baste with the sauce until fully cooked and with nice grill marks.
