  • 1 cup monggo, simmer until cooked
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 cup kalabasa, medium diced
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • ½ pc white onion, chopped
  • 5 cloves garlic, chopped
  • ½ cup shrimp, sliced
  • ¼ kg fried pork liempo, sliced
  • ½ cup water
  • 1 pc Knorr Pork Cube
  • 1 (33g) Knorr Complete Recipe Mix Ginataang Gulay
  • ½ cup ampalaya leaves
  • ½ cup vegetable chicharon for garnish (optional)

  1. Get a pot and fill it with the water and monggo. Simmer over low heat and add the kalabasa when monggo is half cooked.

  2. Get another pot nice and hot over medium heat. Pour oil and throw in the onion, garlic, shrimp and pork. Pour in the water, Knorr Pork Cube and Knorr Complete Recipe Mix Ginataang Gulay. Allow to simmer until cooked through.

  3. Add ampalaya leaves and just before serving, top it with chicharon and that’s our dish! You will definitely eat more than usual when your mom serves you Ginataang Monggo, Kalabasa at Baboy! It’s that good!
