Turkey Meatloaf

Turkey’s in abundance during the festive season, and this meatloaf is a great way to do something a little different. It’s an excellent way to use any leftover turkey you might have and goes really well with mashed potatoes and peas – fantastic comfort food for the colder months.

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil or spread
  • 1 medium onion chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 500 grams turkey mince or any minced meat
  • 100 grams dried breadcrumbs
  • 2 eggs
  • 100 ml Hellmann's Tomato Ketchup
  • 10 grams Knorr Chicken Stock Cube (dissolved in 100ml)
  • freshly ground pepper
  • handful chopped fresh parsley or dill
