Turkey Breast Wrapped in Prosciutto with Cranberry Gravy

  • 150 grams thinly sliced prosciutto or any smoked ham
  • For Cranberry Sauce
  • 1 Knorr Chicken Gravy Pot
  • 100 grams cranberry preserve
  • 1 glass dry red wine or 150ml water

  • 1 Preheat the oven to 200°C, fan assisted 180°C, Gas Mark 6
  • 2 Grate lemon rind off the lemon and mix with rosemary and 1 tbsp. of oil. Rub the mixture over turkey breast. Place prosciutto slices, overlapping slightly, over turkey breast to cover. Add 2 tbsp. of oil to the pan and gently brown the turkey on all sides. Transfer to a roasting pan.
  • 3 Roast for about 45 minutes or until juices run clear. Remove from the oven, cover and allow to rest for 10 minutes.
  • 4 Mix together the remaining roasting juices with Knorr® Chicken Gravy, wine or water and cranberry preserve. Bring to a boil and simmer together for 5 minutes. Serve sliced turkey breast with cranberry sauce.
