  • Thai Paste:

  • 1 green chilli, sliced

  • To make the curry:

  • 3 tablespoons Thai paste
  • 400 ml coconut milk

  • 1 red pepper sliced
  • 1 courgette sliced
  • 1 teaspoon caster sugar
