  • 2 tablespoon coarse ground black pepper
  • 2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 2 teaspoon paprika
  • 2 eggs lightly beaten
  • 600 ml buttermilk
  • 1 Knorr Garlic Flavour Pot
  • 2 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 8 chicken pieces
  • 500 ml vegetable oil for frying

  • 1 Combine the flour, black pepper, cayenne pepper and paprika in a large bowl.
  • 2 In a separate bowl whisk together the eggs, buttermilk, Knorr Garlic Flavour Pot and Worcestershire sauce.
  • 3 Dredge chicken in milk mixture, then in seasoned flour, alternating in each twice.
  • 4 Heat oil in a large pot.
  • 5 Deep fry chicken in hot oil until golden brown on both sides, about 10 minutes each side until cooked.
  • 6 Serve with a choice of salad or vegetables.
