  • 500 g extra lean beef mince
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 100 g sliced mushrooms (optional)
  • 400 g can chopped tomatoes
  • 275 g cooked spaghetti

  • 1 In a pan, fry the mince with the onion until browned. Add the mushrooms (if using) and fry for 1-2 minutes.
  • 2 Stir in the contents of the sachet along with the tomatoes. Bring to the boil, stirring constantly.
  • 3 Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
