  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • 400 grams tinned brown lentils, drained, oil reserved
  • 50 grams kale, sliced
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1 Knorr Organic Beef Stock Pot, dissolved in 500 mls boiling water
  • 400 ml tinned chopped tomatoes
  • salt & pepper to taste
