Grilled Salmon

Try this quick and simple grilled salmon recipe. The salmon is rubbed with a crumbled fish stock cube combined with olive oil, lime and lemon juice and then grilled to perfection. The stock rub is such an easy process and adds so much flavour.

  • 1/2 Knorr Fish Stock Cube crumbled
  • 1 lemon zest and juice
  • 1 lime zest and juice
  • 2 salmon fillets
  • 2 tablespoons reduced salt soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Japanese mirin seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon caster sugar
  • 12 fresh asparagus trimmed
  • 1 spring onion finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons chopped coriander
