Garlic Mashed Potato

Garlic mashed potatoes are the perfect accompaniment to roast dinners. This smooth, buttery mash is made great by mixing with garlic, black pepper and vegetable stock. A great side dish that bursts with flavour.

  • 100 ml semi-skimmed milk
  • 1 Knorr Garlic Flavour Pot
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • Chopped parsley

  • 1 Cover the potatoes with water in a large pan. Bring to the boil and simmer for 15 minutes, until potatoes are tender. Drain well.
  • 2 Return potatoes to the pan, leave to rest for 5 minutes and then mash until completely smooth, without lumps.
  • 3 Meanwhile, in a separate saucepan, heat the milk on low heat. Add the hot milk, Knorr Garlic Flavour Pot, Flora Buttery and black pepper to the mashed potatoes and mix really well. Finish with some chopped parsley.
