Fish Fillet

It’s hard to beat that classic combination of fried fish and tartar sauce. Somehow, the addition of the tartar makes the fish that little bit more delicious – serve with a lemon wedge and fries for a true taste of the seaside.

  • 75 ml Hellmann's mayonnaise
  • 75 ml natural yoghurt, Greek style
  • 1 sour pickle finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoons fresh chives chopped
  • 1 teaspoon chopped fresh parsley
  • 2 teaspoon lemon juice
  • freshly ground pepper to taste
  • Fish:
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 500 grams white fish fillet like catfish, tilapia, haddock or cod, cut into 4 portions
  • 1 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
