Fiery Fajita Pockets

Sometimes a small twist on a family favourite can give a dish a whole new lease of life. Here, meaty portobello mushrooms are sautéed in a pan with our Knorr Smoked Chilli & Tomato Stock Pot and added to flour tortillas with classic fajita garnishes. But instead of the standard wrap, roll and serve, the tortillas are folded into perfect parcels and given a final toast in a hot pan to create extra crunchy, melt in the middle pockets.
