How to use

For this recipe you will need: 1 tbsp vegetable oil, 1 onion (chopped), 4 lean lamb chops, 2 carrots (thinly sliced), 425ml water, 4 small whole onions (peeled), 8 small potatoes (sliced). Cooking Instructions: Step 1: Preheat oven to 180°C, 170°C fan assisted, Gas mark 4. Step 2: Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the onion until golden, add the chops and fry until lightly browned. Place in a casserole dish with the carrots. Step 3: Blend the contents of the sachet with the water and pour into the dish. Step 4: Cover and cook in the oven for 45 minutes. Remove and add the small onions and potatoes and return to the oven for a further 45 minutes. Delicious served with mashed potato and freshly cooked minted peas.
