How to use

For this recipe you will need: 1 tbsp vegetable oil, 4 skinless chicken breast (sliced), 1 red onion (sliced), 125g mushrooms (sliced), 425ml low fat milk. Cooking Instructions: Step 1: Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the chicken for about 5 minutes until golden brown. Step 2: Add the onions and mushrooms and fry until soft. Step 3: Blend the contents of the sachet with the milk and add to the chicken in the pan. Step 4: Bring to the boil, stirring continuously, then simmer for 8 minutes or until cooked. Delicious with freshly cooked rice and vegetables of your choice.
