What to do: First things first - pop on some rice - 100g (about a cup) per person. Then stir fry 450g of thinly sliced chicken strips (or pork if you prefer) with 1 tablespoon of oil in a wok for 3-5 minutes or until cooked through. Next, add your Knorr Mild Curry sauce, stir & simmer for about 7 minutes.
Serve with steaming rice. Serves 4.
Have it your own way...
Pick up a small tin of pineapple chunks. When stir frying the chicken add in two teaspoons of the pineapple juice. Then stir in your Knorr Mild Curry sauce. Finally add drained pineapple chunks and simmer for 5 minutes. For a creamier taste why not stir in half a small tub of natural yoghurt before serving. Mouth-watering!
