What to do: First things first - pop on some rice - 100g (about a cup) per person. Then stir fry 450g of thinly sliced chicken strips (or pork if you prefer) with 1 tablespoon of oil in a wok for 3-5 minutes or until cooked through. Next, add your Knorr Hot Curry sauce, stir & simmer for about 7 minutes.
Serve with steaming rice. Serves 4.
Have it your own way...
Cut some lean bacon slices and stir fry with some almonds and sultanas. Remove when golden and leave to one side. Next stir fry your chicken / pork with some sesame seed oil, add the bacon and the curry sauce. Stir and simmer for 7-10 minutes. Hot Stuff!
