Simply add the stock directly to your dishes or dissolve into boiling water, you choose whichever way you fancy. Either way, Knorr Stock Pot will be ready in minutes! TOP TIP: Our Herb Infusion Stock Pot is perfect with dishes ranging from risottos to pies, soups and more.
Some of our stock pots contain a very small amount of barley (either as part of the malt extract or the flavourings), however this does not prevent them from being gluten free. In fact, all the ingredients used in our stock pots are gluten free, which means they all contain no more than 20 ppm (or 20mg/kg) gluten.
Labeling regulations require all ‘cereals containing gluten’ to be declared on the ingredients list, this is why barley must be highlighted. However, if the level of gluten in the product is <20ppm, the product is gluten free and therefore suitable for coeliacs, which is the case for all our Knorr stock pots.

How to use

Adding directly to your dish, each little pot will enrich casseroles, risottos and sauces, smoothly melting to add a delicious herby taste. Alternatively, dissolving a pot into 500ml of boiling water will make a delicious, herb-based stock. For a lighter taste, use 750ml water.

Which knorr stock cubes contain paprika,cayenne pepper or chilli?

Knorr Chicken, Vegetable, Ham and Beef Stock Cubes do not currently contain paprika, cayenne pepper or chilli but please make sure you always check the ingredients list on the pack just in case there are any recipe changes.

Are the Knorr Organic Stock Pots and Liquid Stocks suitable for vegetarians?

Only the vegetable Knorr Stock Pot and Liquid Stock is suitable for vegetarians.

Why Does Knorr Organic Stock Cubes Claim Gluten Free Yet Still Contains Barley?

We can claim gluten free status, which complies with FIC Regulations, as it falls under 20ppm gluten.

We are still required to highlight any allergens according to the EU allergen regulation.

Which Knorr products contain garlic?

If garlic is added to a recipe, this would be declared in the on-pack ingredient list. However, we cannot guarantee the absence of garlic in flavourings in a recipe and garlic would not necessarily need to be declared next to the word “flavourings” in the ingredient list as it is not one of the 14 allergens according to Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) No. 828/2014.

Also, other products made in the same line and factory may contain garlic, therefore we will not be able to guarantee its absence due to potential cross contamination.
