For this recipe you will need: 1 tbsp vegetable oil, 1 onion, chopped, 450g lean minced beef, 300ml water, 2 carrots, diced, 100g frozen peas, 1 tbsp tomato ketchup, 700g mashed potato.
Step 1: Preheat the oven to 190°C, 180°C fan assisted, Gas mark 5.
Step 2: Heat the oil in a pan and fry the onions for 2-3 minutes. Add the beef and continue to fry until brown.
Step 3: Blend the contents of the sachet with the water and stir into the mince. Add the carrots and peas and bring to the boil, cover and simmer for 10 minutes.
Step 4: Stir in the ketchup and pour into an oven proof dish. Cover with mashed potato and bake for 25-30 minutes. Delicious served with seasonal vegetables of your choice.
