How to use

For this recipe you will need: 1 tbsp vegetable oil, 1 onion (chopped), 4 lean lamb chops, 2 carrots (thinly sliced), 425ml water, 4 small whole onions (peeled), 8 small potatoes (sliced). Cooking Instructions: Step 1: Preheat oven to 180°C, 170°C fan assisted, Gas mark 4. Step 2: Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the onion until golden, add the chops and fry until lightly browned. Place in a casserole dish with the carrots. Step 3: Blend the contents of the sachet with the water and pour into the dish. Step 4: Cover and cook in the oven for 45 minutes. Remove and add the small onions and potatoes and return to the oven for a further 45 minutes. Delicious served with mashed potato and freshly cooked minted peas.

If garlic is added to a recipe, this would be declared in the on-pack ingredient list. However, we cannot guarantee the absence of garlic in flavourings in a recipe and garlic would not necessarily need to be declared next to the word “flavourings” in the ingredient list as it is not one of the 14 allergens according to Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) No. 828/2014.
