For this recipe you will need: 1 tbsp vegetable oil, 4 skinless chicken breasts, 1 onion (chopped), 125g mushrooms (sliced), 400ml water.
Step 1: Preheat oven to 180°C, 170°C fan assisted, Gas mark 4.
Step 2: Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the chicken on both sides until golden, then add to a casserole dish.
Step 3: Fry the onion and the mushrooms until soft, add to the casserole dish.
Step 4: Blend the contents of the sachet with the water, pour over the chicken, cover and cook for 1 hour or until cooked through. Delicious with boiled potatoes and seasonal vegetables of your choice.
