For this recipe you will need: 1 tbsp vegetable oil, 2 onions (chopped), 450g lean minced beef, 400g can chopped tomatoes, 400g can red kidney beans (drained), 150ml water.
Step 1: Heat the oil in a saucepan and fry the onion until soft, add the beef and fry until browned.
Step 2: Blend the contents of the sachet with the water and add to the pan.
Step 3: Add the tomatoes and kidney beans and bring to the boil stirring continuously.
Step 4: Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 20 minutes, until thoroughly cooked.
Delicious with freshly cooked rice, sour cream and tortilla chips.
