For this recipe you will need: 1 tbsp vegetable oil, 1 onion (chopped), 125g mushrooms (sliced), 350g lean frying steak (cut into strips), 1 red pepper (diced), 425ml low fat milk.
Step 1: Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the onions for 2-3 minutes.
Step 2: Add mushrooms and fry until soft, then remove both from the pan.
Step 3: Fry the beef in the same pan until browned, return the mushrooms and the onion on the pan with the peppers.
Step 4: Blend the contents of the sachet with the milk and add to the pan, bring to the boil, stirring continuously, cover then simmer for 8 minutes. Delicious with freshly cooked rice and vegetable of your choice.
