芝麻檸檬雞翼 Sesame Lemon Chicken Wings

  • 雞翼 8 隻 Chicken wings 8 pieces
  • 芝麻 1 湯匙 Sesame seeds 1 tablespoon
  • 檸檬 4 片 Lemon 4 slices
  • 家樂牌純鮮雞粉 1 茶匙(小匙) Knorr NAM Chicken Powder 1 teaspoon
  • 檸檬汁 1 湯匙 Lemon juice 1 tablespoon
  • 蜜糖 1 湯匙 Honey 1 tablespoon
  • 老抽 1/2 茶匙(小匙) (上色用,可自行增減) Dark soy sauce 1/2 teaspoon (adding for extra colours, can add or eliminate the usage by your own choice)
  • 1 ​雞翼洗翼抹乾,用叉刺小孔方便入味。 Rinse and dry the chicken wings, prick the surface of the wings with a fork for better marinating.
  • 2 加入家樂牌純鮮雞粉、檸檬汁、蜜糖、老抽及檸檬片拌勻醃15分鐘。 Marinate the chicken wings with Knorr NAM KCP, lemon juice, honey, dark soy sauce, and lemon slices for 15 minutes.
  • 3 ​加入芝麻拌勻。 Stir in the sesame seeds.
  • 4 中細火燒熱1湯匙油,下雞翼,將正面煎至金黃色。 Heat 1 tablespoon of oil over low medium heat, pan fry the chicken wings with the skin side down in the pan to golden brown.
  • 5 ​將雞翼翻轉,下檸檬片,雞翼煎至金黃熟透即成。 Flip the chicken wings, add in the lemon slides, continue to pan fry the wings until they are cooked and golden brown on both sides.
  • 6 如果有氣炸鍋,可先將檸檬片放在鍋底,再舖上雞翼,以180度氣炸12-15分鐘,同樣好味! If you have an air-fryer, put the lemon slices at the bottom, and place the chicken wings on top. Air fry the wings for 12-15 minutes at 180℃. It will be equally delicious!
