  • 大雞蛋 3 隻
  • 家樂牌雞湯 200 毫升
  • 中蝦 6 隻
  • 裙帶菜 3 克
  • 胡椒粉 少許
  • 家樂牌鷹粟粉 2 茶匙
  • 麻油 少許
  • 3 Large eggs
  • 200 ml Knorr No MSG Added Clear Chicken Broth
  • 6 Medium sized shrimps
  • 3 g Wakame seaweed
  • Pinch of Pepper
  • 2 tsp Knorr Cornstarch
  • Appropriate amount of Sesame oil
  • 1 裙帶菜浸軟後瀝水備用 Soak and drain the Wakame seaweed, then set aside.
  • 2 雞蛋輕力拂勻,過篩後與家樂牌雞湯輕輕拌勻 Mix the eggs gently, add Knorr No MSG Added Clear Chicken Broth after straining the egg mixture.
  • 3 將蛋液注入碟內,再放上蝦仁,用可耐熱的包鮮紙將碟包好,大滾水落鑊,隔水蒸5分鐘後熄火焗5-8分鐘,取上後放上裙帶菜即成 Pour the egg mixture into a plate and add the shrimps, wrap the plate in cling wrap. Place a steamer rack in the wok and add boiling water, place the egg mixture on top of the rack and steam for 5 minutes. Turn off the heat and keep the egg mixture in the wok for extra 5-8 minutes. Finally, add the soaked wakame seaweed on the dish for garnish.
