1 裙帶菜浸軟後瀝水備用 Soak and drain the Wakame seaweed, then set aside.

3 將蛋液注入碟內，再放上蝦仁，用可耐熱的包鮮紙將碟包好，大滾水落鑊，隔水蒸5分鐘後熄火焗5-8分鐘，取上後放上裙帶菜即成 Pour the egg mixture into a plate and add the shrimps, wrap the plate in cling wrap. Place a steamer rack in the wok and add boiling water, place the egg mixture on top of the rack and steam for 5 minutes. Turn off the heat and keep the egg mixture in the wok for extra 5-8 minutes. Finally, add the soaked wakame seaweed on the dish for garnish.
