- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 cans (540 mL ea.) chick peas, rinsed and drained
- 1 package Knorr® Vegetable Dry Soup Mix
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) water
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) olive oil
- 2 Tbsp. (30 mL) lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp. (1 mL) ground cumin
Amount per serving
Process garlic until finely chopped in food processor. Add Knorr® Vegetable Dry Soup Mix and remaining ingredients; process until smooth. Chill at least 2 hours.
Stir hummus before serving. If desired, add 1 to 2 tablespoons (15 ml to 30 ml) additional olive oil. Serve with your favorite dippers.
