- 1 pot Knorr® Homestyle Stock Chicken
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 Tbsp. (15 mL) olive oil
- 1 clove garlic
- 2 tsp. (10 mL) fresh rosemary leaves
- 1/8 tsp. (1 mL) ground black pepper
- 4 medium all-purpose potatoes, (about 2 lbs./1 kg), cut into 2cm-chunks

Preheat oven to 450°F (230°C).
Combine Knorr® Homestyle Stock Chicken and all other ingredients except potatoes in large bowl. Add potatoes; toss to coat.
Turn into (33 x 23-cm) roasting pan. Roast, stirring occasionally, until potatoes are tender and golden, about 50 minutes.
