- 1 package Knorr® Parma-Rosa® Pasta Sauce Mix
- 1 cup (250 mL) milk
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) light cream or half and half
- 2 Tbsp. (30 mL) vodka
- 1/4 cup (50 mL) grated Pecorino Romano cheese
- 1/4 cup (50 mL) shredded mozzarella cheese

Blend Knorr® Parma-Rosa® Pasta Sauce Mix mix, milk, cream and vodka in small saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly. Reduce heat to low, then stir in cheeses. Simmer, stirring frequently, until cheeses are melted and mixture is thickened, about 2 minutes. Pour into fondue pot or chafing dish. Serve with Fondue Dippers, great music and good times!
