  • 2 Tbsp. (30 mL) olive oil

Let's Get Cooking

  • 1 Preheat oven to 450°F (230°C). Combine Knorr® Recipe Savoury Herb with Garlic Soup Mix and all other ingredients until evenly coated in large baking or roasting pan.
  • 2 Bake, stirring once, until vegetables are tender, about 20 minutes.
SUBSTITUTION: Spray pan lightly with nonstick cooking spray and replace oil with 2 tbsp (30 mL) water.
* Use any combination of the following, sliced: zucchini, yellow squash, red, green or yellow bell peppers, carrots, celery, onion and mushrooms. Each serving of this dish is a source of fibre, a good source of iron, and an excellent source of vitamin C.
