  • 1 Tbsp. (15 mL) dry sherry, optional
  • 12 ounces (350 g) raw, frozen lobster tail meat, cut into chunks
  • 2 Tbsp. (30 mL) chopped basil, optional
  • 12 ounces (350 g) linguine, cooked and drained
