- 1 package Knorr® Parma-Rosa® Pasta Sauce Mix
- 1 Tbsp. (15 mL) dry sherry, optional
- 12 ounces (350 g) raw, frozen lobster tail meat, cut into chunks
- 2 Tbsp. (30 mL) chopped basil, optional
- 12 ounces (350 g) linguine, cooked and drained

Prepare Knorr® Parma-Rosa® Pasta Sauce Mix according to package directions adding sherry (if using) at beginning. Stir in lobster 5 minutes before end of cooking. Remove from heat and if desired, stir in fresh basil. Serve over hot cooked linguine.
