  • 1 Tbsp. (15 mL) Becel® Oil
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 4 cups (1 L) chopped assorted vegetables, (such as mushrooms, peppers, carrots, broccoli)*
  • 1 package Knorr® Sidekicks® Tomato Alfredo Pasta Side Dish
  • 1/2 cup (125 mL) grated Asiago cheese

  • 1 Heat Becel® Oil in large nonstick skillet over medium heat and cook vegetables, stirring occasionally, about 10 minutes or until tender.
  • 2 Prepare Knorr® Sidekicks® Tomato Alfredo Pasta Side Dish in same skillet according to package directions 8 minutes or until pasta is cooked. Remove from heat and let stand 2 minutes. Stir in cheese.
* If using broccoli, add after pasta is in skillet, so it doesn't overcook.
Tasty Tip: Stir in some chopped fresh basil leaves just before serving. Each serving of this dish provides 3 servings of vegetables and is a good source of calcium.
