- 2 lbs. (1 kg) all-purpose potatoes, peeled and cut into large chunks
- 1 cup (250 mL) water
- 1/4 cup Becel® Buttery Taste margarine*
- 1/4 cup (60 mL) fresh lemon juice
- 1 pot Knorr® Homestyle Stock Chicken
- 2 Tbsp. (30 mL) chopped garlic (about 3 large cloves)
- 1 Tbsp. (15 mL) chopped fresh oregano

Preheat oven to 450`F (230 C). Place potatoes in shallow 3-qt (3 L) baking dish. Combine water, margarine, lemon juice, Knorr® Homestyle Stock Chicken and garlic and in small microwave-safe bowl and microwave at HIGH 1 minute; pour over potatoes and toss to coat.
Bake uncovered 45 minutes, stirring once, until potatoes are golden and tender. Sprinkle with oregano.
