  • 2 Tbsp. (30 mL) creamy peanut butter
  • 3 cups (750 mL) coleslaw mix
  • 1 lb. (450 g) sliced cooked chicken
  • 1 cup (250 mL) thinly sliced red bell pepper
  • 1 Granny Smith apple, cut into julienne strips
  • 2 green onions, thinly sliced diagonally
  • 1/4 cup (60 mL) chopped fresh cilantro
