  • 1 Tbsp. (15 mL) reduced sodium soy sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. (30 mL) rice wine or dry sherry (optional)
  • 1 Tbsp. (15 mL) finely chopped ginger
  • 1 envelope Knorr® Chicken Noodle Nutri Soup
  • 1 medium carrot, cut into matchstick strips
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 2 green onions, thinly sliced

  • 1 Bring water, soy sauce, wine and ginger to a boil over medium-high heat in medium saucepan. Reduce heat to medium-low and stir in Knorr® Chicken Noodle Nutri Soup and carrot. Simmer partially covered 5 minutes. Bring soup to a boil over high heat and add eggs in steady stream, stirring constantly. Reduce heat to low, then stir in green onions and cook 1 minute.
