- 2 Tbsp. (30 mL) Becel® Buttery Taste margarine *, divided
- 4 boneless pork chops
- 1/4 cup (60 mL) balsamic vinegar
- 1 package Knorr® Five Pepper Classic Sauce Mix

Season chops, if desired, with salt and black pepper. Melt 1 Tbsp. (15 mL) Becel® Buttery Taste margarine in large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat and cook chops, turning once, until browned, about 4 minutes. Remove.
Add balsamic vinegar to skillet; cook 30 seconds. Prepare Knorr® Five Pepper Classic Sauce Mix in same skillet according to package directions. Add chops and any juices and cook until instant read thermometer inserted in pork reaches 145°F (65°C), about 5 minutes. Stir in remaining Becel® Buttery Taste margarine.
