Asian Beef Fondue


  • 2 cartons (900 mL. ea.) Knorr® Beef Broth
  • 4 slices fresh ginger
  • 3 cloves garlic, sliced
  • 3 Tbsp. (45 mL) reduced sodium soy sauce
  • 2 green onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 1/2 -lb. (675 g) beef tenderloin, cut into thin rectangular slices *

  • 1 Bring Knorr® Simply Beef Broth to a boil in large saucepan over medium-high heat . Stir in remaining ingredients except beef. Reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes. Remove and transfer to fondue pot.
  • 2 Dip slices of beef into hot broth mixture and cook about 30 seconds or to desired doneness.
