How to prepare
1. In saucepan over medium-high heat, melt ½ cup (125 mL) butter; whisk in package contents until blended. Remove from heat. 2. Gradually whisk in 1 cup (250 mL) milk. Whisking constantly, bring to boil over medium-high heat. 3. Reduce heat and simmer 1 minute whisking frequently. Makes 1 ½ cups (375 mL) sauce.
