Rich Vegetable Soup

  • 2 Tablespoons of Vegetable Oil
  • 1 Onion Chopped Finely
  • 1 Stick of Celery Chopped Finely
  • 1 Small Sweet Potato cut into small cubes
  • 2 Potatoes Peeled and Cut into Small Cubes
  • 4 Zucchinis Cut into Small Cubes
  • 2 Carrots Peeled and Cut into Small Cubes
  • 1 Cup of Corn
  • 1 Cup of Green Peas
  • 3 Cups of Hot Water
  • 2 Cups of Milk
  • 1 Knorr Chicken Stock Cube
  • 2 Tablespoons of Flour
  • Salt and Pepper (According to Taste)
  • Chopped Parsley for Garnish
  • Step 1
    Place 2 tablespoons of oil in a pot. Add the onion and sauté over medium heat until tender. Add the celery, potatoes, carrots and stir well. Add the peas, zucchini, and corn and stir well. Season with salt and pepper. Add Knorr chicken stock cube and stir together until combined with ingredients.
  • Step 2
    Add the flour to the ingredients and stir well.
  • Step 3
    Add warm water and let boil for 30 minutes.
  • Step 4
    Add milk and let boil for another few minutes.
  • Step 5
    Serve hot and garnish with some chopped parsley.
