Step 1
To prepare salad dressing, mix oil, lemon juice, pomegranate molasses, Knorr vinegar with garlic salad seasoning, salt, and pepper, and set aside.

To prepare quinoa, boil the water in a pot and add the quinoa, and cover. Stir occasionally until cooked. let cool before adding the rest of the ingredients.

In a deep pot, place the cooled quinoa, then add the parsley, chopped tomato, chopped onion, chickpeas, pomegranate seeds, flax seeds, orange tomatoes & roasted pine nuts. Mixed gently together, then add the prepared salad dressing and mix well until well combined.

Refrigerate before serving.
