Quinoa Salad

  • 2 Cups of Quinoa
  • 4 Cups of Water
  • 3 Cups of Minced Parsley
  • 1 Green Onion Chopped
  • 2 Cups of Boiled Chickpeas
  • 1 Cup of Pomegranate Seeds
  • 1 Chopped Tomato
  • 30 gr Orange Tomato cutted in half
  • 1 tsp Flax seeds
  • 1/2 Cup of Roasted Pine Nuts

Dressing Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup of Olive Oil
  • 1/4 cup of Lemon Juice
  • 1 Tablespoon of Pomegranate Molasses
  • 1 Knorr Vinegar with Garlic Salad Seasoning Sachet
  • Salt & Pepper (According to taste)
  • Step 1
    To prepare salad dressing, mix oil, lemon juice, pomegranate molasses, Knorr vinegar with garlic salad seasoning, salt, and pepper, and set aside.
  • Step 2
    To prepare quinoa, boil the water in a pot and add the quinoa, and cover. Stir occasionally until cooked. let cool before adding the rest of the ingredients.
  • Step 3
    In a deep pot, place the cooled quinoa, then add the parsley, chopped tomato, chopped onion, chickpeas, pomegranate seeds, flax seeds, orange tomatoes & roasted pine nuts. Mixed gently together, then add the prepared salad dressing and mix well until well combined.
  • Step 4
    Refrigerate before serving.
