Lentil Bolognese

  • 150 ml lentils (F50F)
  • 1 tbsp tomato puree
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 pack Knorr Bolognese Pasta Sauce
  • 200 ml tomato sauce
  • 250 ml water

For serving:

  • 4 portions boiled spaghetti
  • Parmesan -for garnish
  • Step 1
    Cook the lentils (e.g. beluga lentils, black lentils, green lentils, or puy lentils).
  • Step 2
    Heat up the olive oil, add tomato puree and tomato paste and sauté. Add cooked lentils and continue to sauté for 1 minute. Add Knorr Bolognese Pasta Sauce and water. When it's getting boiled turn down the heat and cook for 5 more minutes.
  • Step 3
    Serve with pasta and sprinkle some parmesan cheese on top.
