Beetroot Dip

Ingredients

  • 4 Beetroots Boiled Until Soft (And Peeled)
  • 2 Cloves of Garlic
  • 1 Knorr Vinegar & Garlic Salad Seasoing
  • ¼ Cup of Lemon Juice
  • 2 Tablespoons of Tahini Sauce
  • 2 Tablespoons of Yoghurt
  • 1/2 Cup of Chopped Walnuts(F50)
  • 2 Tablespoons of Olive Oil
  • 1/4 Cup of Chopped Parsley
  • Step 1
    Place boiled beetroot in a food processor.
  • Step 2
    Add garlic, lemon juice, yogurt, tahini sauce, and olive oil. Add Knorr Vinegar & Garlic Salad Seasoning.
  • Step 3
    Process until smooth.
  • Step 4
    Place in serving dish.
  • Step 5
    Garnish with parsley, walnuts, and more olive oil.
